OUKANING ****4 motorized wall mount - extra remotes

I purchased 8 of these black motorized articulating/extending arm wall mounts and fear the remotes will get lost with public use. I would like to order 8-12 additional remotes for these. Is this possible? If so, how can I order them? The remotes that come with the mount are white. I would PREFER black to match if possible but that is not necessary. I just need the extra remotes. Can you advise how I can get more? I purchased through and they said it is not possible, so I figured I would contact the maker (you).
